Visit the Iowa 80: World’s Largest Truck Stop and Museum

Whether you need a haircut, a massage, or you just want to stretch your legs and enjoy the relics of trucking history, the Iowa 80 Truck Stop is a place for you!

The “Trucker’s Disneyland”

Iowa 80 is a small city that hosts eight different restaurants and a wide array of services ranging from game rooms and embroidery center, to gyms, barbers, chiropractors, launderettes, library, and even a dentist, in case you get a toothache on the road!

It’s enough to say that the center Truck Stop building covers 55,000 square foot space, while the Trucking Museum facility next to it stands on about 44,000 square feet.

How to Get There

There is no way to miss the Iowa 80 Truck Stop – when heading west on interstate 80, you will be greeted by a gigantic billboard saying: “18 miles to WOW!” Just follow the signs, get off at Exit 284, and you will be right there!
