Things to See While Trucking: Driving in Oregon

One of the beauties of driving across the country frequently is being able to experience different places, and driving in Oregon can genuinely give you a new perspective on life. Just about every square inch of Oregon is gorgeous, and there is something to see at every turn.

Each state, each corner of the world, has something new to offer, and the more we see, the more of the world we take in and the more we better our lives.

We are talking about Oregon this time, and if it may not sound interesting enough, do not underestimate it.

Driving in Oregon: Natural Beauties

If you’re into chasing waterfalls, Oregon will have you running for days. From small wonders to massive marvels like Multnomah Falls, you can catch these attractions just about everywhere in this state.

Some you can see while driving, and some require a short hike. There is nothing better for a break from time on the road than taking a short walk to a gorgeous waterfall. Talk about de-stressing and clearing your mind.

Another sight to see when driving in Oregon is the Crater Lake located in Medford. This natural lake started as a crater created by the eruption of small volcanoes and then filled by rain and snow.

It is considered the deepest and most pristine lake in the U.S., and looking at it is like looking at a postcard. So blue and serene, it seems almost fake. It’s one of those see-it-to-believe-it types of situations, so make sure to check it out for yourself if you get a chance.

Driving in Oregon: Epic Waffles

If you’re in Portland or driving through Eugene, stop at Off the Waffle for delights deemed the best on the planet, or at least in the U.S.

If you think, no big deal, it’s just a waffle, try it first. You won’t be disappointed.
